I don't generally sneaky peak, but because I missed weigh in last week I felt I needed to this week.
I feel so rough - went to bed around 9pm last night as I was exhausted and not feeling great - woke up around 3.30am because - ta daaaa - that was roughly my 6 hours sleep :( Couldn't sleep again until after 5am and the alarm went off at 6.05am. Sucks.
