In case you aren't familiar with that abbreviation, it's a Non-Scales Victory ;-) So something good that isn't to do with the weight on the scales. I have 2 today.

1) I went to netball training for the first time in about 2 months, and survived!

2) At work a colleague saw a group photo I was in, taken in June 2011 (see me there, in the middle at the front with the turquoise on).


He squinted at it, and then at me, and said "you've lost weight since then, right?"

WOOOOOO! Someone has noticed. (Ok, unflattering picture, but still!) I haven't noticed, but SOMEONE ELSE NOTICED! My friend K also said she saw it in my face :D
