Inspiring stuff

Thanks to a friend on FB for sharing these on his wall. I'm addicted to image quotes at the moment.



Seriously though, the body in the image? Depressing.....

I've got decent food worked out for the day, and will go to the gym after work (though it will be a struggle and I forgot my inhaler AGAIN). I will try and not use weekly points so that I can use them at the weekend when I'm with friends...MUST LOSE 0.5LB THIS WEEK!

  1. bah - even at my thinnest and fittest I didn't have a stomach like that. Aspire to normal fit, not super fit. You can aim for that once you get to normal fit. Otherwise you'll depress yourself at the apparent impossibility.
