I didn't go to weigh in
But I jumped on the scales this morning - bearing in mind I ate 'out' twice yesterday (chicken and bacon panini with chips for lunch and a belgian waffle, and almost an entire large dominoes pizza for dinner) - I was half a pound more than I was on Tuesday morning last week on my scales. This hopefully means that despite my worry over this week, I wasn't too bad. And now...ON TRACK for next week's weigh in!
