Welcome to my diet and exercise blog. I have struggled with my weight (and other people's judgement of it) for the majority of my life. I've lost and gained weight more times than I can remember. Gym time may be cancelled
We shall see - I have suddenly realised I am meant to be doing group tutorials all week next week for Health Week - I am off tomorrow and have done NOTHING of it! Oops...so actually, some late night planning may be taking place (don't act like you don't envy my job people, you know you do).
