And according to my WW app I earned 5pp from 45 mins of medium intensity exercise for my weight. Which will hopefully help towards the alcohol indulgence that will begin tomorrow night.
Today food shall be:
1 hard boiled egg - 3
Plum - 0
Apple - 0
Subway club - 8
Sweet onion sauce - 2 (guess, will try and find out for sure but I reckon that's about right)
Garlic bread - 6
Lamb bolognaise - 8

Leaves me with some points to play with. Am sure I'll find something suitable to have at home. I'm leaning towards 1 slice of toast with cadbury's philidelphia and sliced banana - should be about 4pp - if I split it across 2 slices, that'll be 6...and I may well have enough points for that in fact, looking at my numbers. Hmmm.
BodyStep would earn me about 15pp apparently, haha, cos it's high intensity. Moderate intensity would only get me 6pp. BodyStep is DEFINITELY high intensity.
Ah well...will have a think. I may go, assuming I get into the class in time.
Have now been roped into interviewing students at 4.30pm - BodyStep may be a distant dream....
