I also made roasted veggies as I mentioned I would:

They were lush - had it with salmon - sooo full now. Too many vegetables, couldn't eat them all, or all of the salmon.
Today has been a good day. I hope for more good days. I really don't like being a bitch, or moody, or irritable. It's lovely not being. I'm hoping that will continue, but every day is a new day...can only do my best.
Hey - at least you have knowledge about your moods now. And I reckon you could write a darn tasty healthy cookbook.

Hehe, well I could do that - but I suspect that if you are going to compare the taste of something lower fat to something made with lashings of cream or cheese - you will be disappointed ;-)
DeleteI love pretty much anything cooked from scratch compared to something bought though - made burgers the other day, they are soooo good when home-made!
