Body Attack vs. Body Combat

One starts at 5.45pm - the other starts at 6.30pm. The first is closer to work, but would need me to leave dead on 5 to get there early enough to get into the class (you can book in from half an hour before hand, and it's usually really busy) - I'd need to be already changed, which would involve being a little bit sneaky. The other I could definitely get to on time, but would be further away and I'd get home later.

Decisions decisions. My worry is if I aim for Body Attack and the class is already full when I arrive, I'll have to go to the gym - which will be full - and my workout will not last the 45 minutes that Body Attack will. I will not have someone yelling at me to keep going if I have to go to the gym instead. And it will be less fun.

But I seriously value my evenings and hate doing exercise later than that.

BODYATTACK is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals – from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!
vs.
BODYCOMBAT is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic programme is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, tae kwon do, t'ai chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

Both would be fun to do. Hmm. I'd rather do the earlier class. Maybe I'll give it a go tonight and hope for the best...
