5% of my weight is now GONE

I lost 1lb tonight - good times. I have had an insane amount of rage and stress and sadness this weekend. Maybe the nervous energy burned some extra cals...

Dinner out tomorrow with my cousin and watching a film at the cinema, then back on healthy healthy track with some exercise (gym/walking) and home-made food.

I want to find some new, healthy, propoint friendly recipes...will investigate.

    How much do you have to lose to hit your next goal? What's your next goal? Are you beginning to realise it might be all achievable?

  2. I have to lose 11lb more (I think) to hit 10%. I have eaten LOADS of unhealthy stuff today though. That's what my 49 weeklies are for though....thank god! Will work off some of the cals this weekend too.
