I lost 1lb tonight - good times. I have had an insane amount of rage and stress and sadness this weekend. Maybe the nervous energy burned some extra cals...
Dinner out tomorrow with my cousin and watching a film at the cinema, then back on healthy healthy track with some exercise (gym/walking) and home-made food.
I want to find some new, healthy, propoint friendly recipes...will investigate.

I have to lose 11lb more (I think) to hit 10%. I have eaten LOADS of unhealthy stuff today though. That's what my 49 weeklies are for though....thank god! Will work off some of the cals this weekend too.
