Weigh-in

Lost 3lb...finally losing again. No idea why this week worked so much more than last week, apart from the fact I ate out for lunch last week. Maybe being a raving headcase is good for burning calories?

Making home-made burgers for dinner. Yum times. Pretty sure they'll taste better than any bought burger. Mmmm.

Tired today. Gym tomorrow after work. I MUST!
