Tracking food

It is time consuming tracking food, working out points, checking how many of everything I've had - especially when you eat out.

So yesterday my day looked like this:

2xhash browns - 6
Cottage pie - 11
Garlic Bread - 12
Scotch Egg - 7
Juice - 4

33/33 and 7/49 weeklies

So far today (and it's not exactly nutritious):

Milky way type chocolate - 4
Banana - 0
Mini ice bun - 4

I'm heading out for lunch in the pub again, then going walking with L for a loooong time. Will save gym for the weekend and do the walking as exercise for today as I fancy some company. Managed to get hours off work this afternoon. That leaves....loads of points for dinner, since I have all my weeklies left. We'll see though, I think I might try to have some quorn and veg with some dry-roasted potato or something - Will maybe end up being 8-10 points? Will see. Either way, plenty to spend on lunch, especially if I then go walkies.

Mood is flying around like a thing that flies up and down a lot. Hard to know what will be, but coping anyway.
