
This is the 30 minute work-out my colleague has given me to do. I am going to attempt it tonight. I have fear. I also hope I can remember what most of this means.
Food so far today:
Breakfast - small bread roll, margarine, sliced fake cheese - 7
Lunch - Leek and potato soup and 2 mini bread rolls, mini sushi snack pot -13
For dinner I'm going to my friend's house and she's making us veggie stir fry with rice - I guess maybe 6 for the rice, 0 for veg, 4 maybe for the sauce - which will be: 30 propoints. Leaving me with 4 points. Assuming I'm still on 34 (WW website is being pathetic on my work computer).
And will burn cals at the gym. I WILL! I will. Will make myself go. For the first time in months.
Fingers crossed. Reading other people's blogs makes me jealous. I want to achieve what they have achieved. MUST GO!
