Gym fail

Failed spectacularly at going to the gym this week. I have been out walking a few times, but not made it to the gym. I've been drunk two nights in a row, and I've eaten out twice. I think food wise, I've actually been ok though - it's the alcohol points that may have ruined me...

We'll see come Tuesday though!

  1. I recommend poverty. Aside from last night, when people bought stuff to the flat, I'm enforced teetotal. Means want to drink less, too, as I'm not used to it.

    1. Poverty involves me wallowing at home alone. And then I might comfort eat.

  2. Would your mother mind if you stripped the house of all non-healthy things?

    1. Comfort eating is not about unhealthy foods. You can get fat on healthy foods too :s

    2. it's harder though, no? When I comfort eat I'm on chocolate and carbs, which are massively high calorie for their fillingness. You have to eat a LOT of veg to get fat on it.

    3. btw - as I have no will power, it's why the only 'naughty' I allow in the flat is 85% cocoa chocolate - which doesn't have as much evil as other chocolate, and is more satisfying (for me)

    4. I don't really have bad food in the house. Unless you are counting bread, and yes, mother would have a problem with me banning bread ;-)

    5. If I comfort eat, I'll make something - not necessarily something sweet, but something I consider comforting...meals, rather than snacks...
