Friday night...

Had a hungry day today. Tis one of the good things about the propoints system - because you get the extra 49 points a week, there seems to be a chance to eat more on the days when you need to. I don't quite understand how it works...but I've lost weight on it before, so something seems to make sense.

Food today:

Bagel – 6
Peanut butter – 6
Banana – 0
Apple – 0
Pasta – 5
Veg – 0
Bagel and Marg – 8
Hash browns – 6
2x toast – 4
Brie and chutney – 7
Scampi - 10
TOTAL = 52
Which is: 34/34 + 18/49 (plus the 14 from before) = 32/49 weeklies

Had a fun night with J. Lots of conversation and we watched The Good Wife. Thrown up lots of questions about things. Hmmm.
