High pointed day yesterday. Needed it.
Was invited out for dinner and treated to it all - lovely, and I felt very spoiled.
I'm pretty down right now. I'm trying very hard to not eat my way out of feeling down. The weekly points help. I hope I see some weight go down this week. I plan to go to the gym tomorrow - have the gym routine all ready, have my new gym card. Will give it a go and hope for the best. Exercise is meant to help moods, right?
Putting on weight, or not losing it, will be a result of comfort eating. It will NOT help your long term moods, which NEED help.

I know - that's why I said the weekly points tend to help, as they are just there to be used on bad days.
DeleteI didn't make it to the gym - had UCAS stuff to sort out for work, and hung out with friends instead - a nice distraction in terms of mood, not a good step to burning fat.
Can you persuade your friends to make '#hanging out' involve something active? Walking or summat?
