To recap for people - I get 34 points (age and weight gives me this) and 49 extras a week.
So, my food was:
80g shreddies with milk – 15
Pasta and chilli con carne – 14
2x toast and cheese – 6
2x toast and nutella – 8
Apple - 0
TOTAL = 43
Which is: 34/34 + 9/49
And I was too full. I was feeling rough yesterday and the nutella on toast was completely not needed, it was a comfort thing. I have now learned from that. But luckily, on propoints, I have loads of points left anyway so it's fine.
Fingers crossed for the rest of the week....
