
It was very nice - I'm now satisfied, but not full. This is apparently how you should always feel after eating....
Weird mood tonight - my new onesie temporarily cheered me up:

Banana - 0
50g porridge with maple syrup and milk – 8
Bagel with ham and margerine – 9
Chicken leg – 7
Potato – 6
Chocolate covered pretzels - 9
TOTAL = 39
Which is: 34/34 + 5/49 (plus the 9 from yesterday) = 14/49 weeklies
Sigh. Now to mope on the sofa.
I find onesies disturbing.

Fruit is zero as long as you have no more than 5-a-day (I believe - I don't think I'd eat 5 pieces of fruit a day anyway). Think it's to encourage healthiness, in the past people would eat chocolate or crisps over fruit cos you had to point fruit. Imagine they have adjusted the plan so as long as you are sensible, fruit is ok unpointed.
