Best day I've had in ages

L came round and helped me start clearing out clothes - have three bags full to give to charity now (and still a scary amount left over). We went out and took her friend's dog for a walk - 2 hours or so in total, so a good few miles.

I made myself a smoothie for breakfast, made red pepper and tomato soup with focaccia for lunch, and veggie chilli with rice for dinner. Had some biscuits with my tea - all in all, good day - and food tastes SO much better when you've made it yourself! If I could, I'd make bread all the time, so much nicer than the bought stuff!

Watched Beastly and Tangled this evening, lots of fun...ready for bed. Need to gear myself up for the gym tomorrow (I WILL GO, I WILL GO)!

So, propoints today:

Fruit smoothie - 6
Soup – 2
Focaccia - 8
Chilli con carne – 4
Rice – 7
2 digestive biscuits - 4
2 rich tea biscuits - 2
33/33

Then I had a couple of mugs of tea, I reckon that's 4 propoints of milk or something - which is then 16/49 weeklies. Still loads to have, oops. Might eat more crisps tomorrow as a treat after the gym or something! Still working out what to eat, hmmm.

Anyway - gonna leave today on a high and ignore the issue that I may crash and burn tomorrow. At the moment - highhhhh! :)
