So, I didn't track or go to weight watchers for a month. Bad Jane. Just wasn't feeling it over the Christmas break! Went to WW tonight and have gained 3lb. I can TOTALLY live with that, I've gained that in a week before and this was over Christmas!
So - following on the new year's resolution - I will now proceed to lose weight. Lots of weight. I will I will I will.
It's a sad fact that for me to even have a chance at being happy I need to slim down - some people can be happy even with excess weight - maybe not 100% happy, but mostly happy. Not me though...booo.
Anyway - I can't even remember how many points I'm meant to be on or anything - part of me is even considering doing the old version of weight watchers...but no. I'll stick to propoints. I'll (at some point) learn what the 'new' rules in propoints are. I'll check on WW online how many points I'm actually meant to be on.
In the mean time - does anyone have any nice soup recipes that are fairly healthy (i.e. No cream please)!
So, new starting weight for 2012 - 16st 4lb. Yeesh. But it's ok. It is. I will lose the weight. I will.
First goal of 2012 - My friend's wedding on 25th Feb. 7 weigh-in weeks away. I could be a stone lighter by then. Ideally - I'd want to be under 15 stone by then. Wish me luck!

I am gonna be (fingers crossed I have the willpower) doing circuits on Mondays, then netball again as it starts soon and finally normal gym workouts using various machines. Possibly just walking too as I have a friend here who loves walking.
