2012

New Years Resolutions - part of me says DON'T DO IT! As soon as it's a resolution, it's meat to be broken...

But on the other hand...

1 - Start going to the gym (that I am currently paying for) at least 3 times a week
2 - Lose several stone - ideally everything I have to lose, but a minumum of 5 stone

There are probably other things, but these are the most relevant to this blog!

Happy New Year people - this year has been pretty crap, as have several of the previous years...I can but hope it starts getting better soon...

3lb down

Don't know how (had massive roast at Uni reunion on Saturday) but I lost 3lb today! :) I treated myself to new Christmas PJs. As you do...

Food

Yesterday:

Banana for breakfast, MacDonalds for lunch (bad bad bad - too easily influenced) and there go my weekly extra points, and low fat korma (very low) with rice for dinner.

Today:

Banana and grapes for breakfast, Thai mug shot for lunch, Mini sausage and egg sandwich for dinner.

Tired....so very very tired.

Christmas tree is up though. Yay!
